Prasanhom Interiors provides interior design and architecture services including but not limited to: space planning, design consultation, project management, furniture selection, and custom design solutions. All services are subject to availability and our professional discretion.

• Client responsibilities and obligations

4. Payment Terms

• An initial deposit is required to commence work

• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and creative work produced by Prasanhom Interiors remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for the agreed-upon project only.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Ensuring site access when required
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Making timely payments as agreed

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply based on work completed at the time of cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prasanhom Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
